Whatcom County COVID-19 Update for March 23, 2020

March 24, 2020

As of Monday, March 23rd, there are a total of 48 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Whatcom County. This includes the 29 positive cases announced yesterday evening.

The WCHD is changing the way case information is reported.  With an increase in the number of confirmed cases, only the total number of confirmed cases, negative results, and deaths will be reported. The age by decade and gender of individual cases will no longer be reported.

The WCHD will provide a breakdown of Whatcom County cases by decade of age in the coming days.
