Phase 2 means
- Keep up healthy habits!
- It’s still safest to stay home.
- Stay six feet away from others.
- Wear a cloth face covering in public.
- Wash your hands.
- Keep it local.
- Gatherings and recreation in small groups of up-to-five people is okay.
- Only spend time with up to five people outside of your household in a week.
- More businesses and services can reopen with restrictions including:
- Manufacturing and construction
- Nannies and house cleaners
- Retail stores
- Professional services and office-based businesses (e.g., lawyers, accountants)
- Nail salons, barbers, and hair salons
- Pet grooming
- Details are available on the governor’s COVID-19 reopening guidance for businesses and workers page.
- Restaurants can reopen with restrictions.
- No bar seating
- 50% capacity seating
- We must succeed in Phase 2 before restrictions will be reduced more. If we are unable to do what’s necessary to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, we are delaying our opportunity to move into Phase 3.
