We deeply appreciate the support of all those who volunteer their time and resources to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Please review our current volunteer opportunities. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete one of these forms:
General Volunteer – I have skills or certifications and would like to volunteer on an unpaid basis (Examples: office, people, or manual skills)
Medical Licensed Personnel Volunteer – I am a licensed medical professional who would like to volunteer on an unpaid basis. License examples include RN, CNA, MD, EMT/Paramedic. *If you are medically credentialed and are interested in volunteering to support possible vaccination clinics, please complete this form.*
Note: Healthcare providers with expired or inactive licenses may still be able to assist with the COVID-19 response. Please refer to the Washington State Nurses Association site for more information about what to do if you have an expired or inactive license.
The Whatcom County Health Department is conducting our local contact tracing and is maintaining a list of people interested in volunteering to help with this task. Volunteers serve as Case Contact Investigators (CCI) for an average of 20 hours per week for six months. If you are interested in helping, fill out our online form.
